Our ciders are seasonal, governed by mother nature, picked and pressed in the Autumn when the fruit is ripe, fermented over the winter by the wild yeasts and blended in the spring when everything is ready.
Traditionally our ciders are available from Easter through to October, or until we sell out, so we cannot guarantee continuous stocks through the winter months. Stockists come and go but we are very proud to regularly supply some very special micropubs, events, festivals and shops every year.
